RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At VIYOMA, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in ensuring every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected before shipment. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned with original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories (if any).
- The item shows no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
VIYOMA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings
- Jewelry Sets purchased during sale or promotional offers
- Clearance or discounted products
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Gift cards or promotional items
These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important Hygiene & Verification Policy
To maintain hygiene standards and ensure product authenticity, all earrings sold by VIYOMA are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item claims, customers must provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit.
This policy helps protect both our customers and VIYOMA from fraudulent claims while ensuring a fair resolution for genuine concerns.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- A complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
After verification, VIYOMA will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Do not return any product without receiving approval from our support team.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Wrong item delivered
VIYOMA will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.
6. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect.
Shipping charges, COD charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may receive:

- Alternative Product Exchange
- Refund (where applicable)

8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
